no.....just get a few more hiding places and get one that has a less elaborate color scheme...because fish get jealous and well...kill so just get another one and put a few plants (real or fake) or something like that and they should be fine OR if you want A LOT of guppies get a female because the males dont kill the females (usually) so that is anotther good option

I generally think a guppy isn't going to kill another guppy. It might have been something different than you thought so it might have been an ifectious disease that killed the guppy.
