i just started me period and do u think i sould get my suit on run in the tub, then when i get out run and take it off, its in my backyard but do u think i will sill get it all over me?? help!??!

Wear a tampon as your period does not stop or slow down in the water.
No tampons = no hot tub.

Just use a tampon and it'll be alright. And yeah, don't stay in there for too long because it's not good even if you have your period or not.

You can wear a tampon while you're in the bath or shower. Your tampon shouldn't leak as all. If you planning to staying in the bath. You shouldn't stay in too long while you're on period.

If it is your hot tub and you are wearing a tompon I don't see a problem with it just don't stay in there too long.
