I'm working in a rural area, where it's dead boring and as hot as hell. Two new workers arrived on the job, gregarious and all. I've been here for a while, and believe me the novelty has worn off. I have been criticised for having no life, being boring, and they even started bullying and fighting, then reporting it to the supervisor! I feel like I should quit my job ASAP and move on, but I love my job(I'm qualified and they aren't). What should I do?

get someone else on your side, but do not let them bully you out of your job! you were there first and you have a right to stay there for as long as you want, tell them they are the ones with no life because they are not qualified and you are
they are obviously brain dead snitches who are cowards
they are usually the types of people to start fights so that they can feel good about themselves
do not back down

get yourself a pocket sized tape recorder and record their verbal abuse. Afterwards, either let them know they've been recorded, or turn the tape into the supervisor.

ask someone scary to threaten those losers, don't give up what you like doing on account of them, push them out.
