ive never had a problem getting a file thats under 10mins into 100mb ... try converting it to mpeg1 .. tmpgenc may work depending on ur filetype ..

Well for starters, there's no limit to the file type of size if you use windows live messenger, and put the video in the sharing folder for the person you want to share it with. The only thing is that you both have to download windows live messenger. If messenger says the file type is not allowed (Not sure which ones are not allowed) put the video in a compressed folder, then put it in the sharing folder for the desired recipient.
If that is not to your liking, there are, or were free online file sharing servers, such as Xdrive you can use to upload the file to the Internet, and allow people to access. I'm sure if you did a search for file sharing in a search engine like Answers.com, you would find something that is suitable for your needs.

You can use Windows Media Maker to condense it down to 100 MB. The quality will go down but only be a tiny bit

It will fit on a CD, some thumbdrives, SD cards, or micro-SD cards, if you don't mind snail mail.

I would not expect it to compress well, but you could give it a try.

compress the folder and then email it or something like tat convert it to flash
