Can history repeat itself?
History is our worldwide living record. It's an account replayed again and again in the memes radiating from the energy of our personal spheres, to a universal energy which reaches out to the furthest stratosphere of the cosmos.
Have we watched as people we know well repeat their stories over and over as if in a revolving vortex? Have we walked through the doors of museums in an old pioneer villages and recognized a uniform - sensing the feel of it's cloth and every brass button though it looks back at us through thick plate glass? Have we visited now silent battlefields where the scent of blood and gunfire permeate every particle of soil and air we breath? Can we see men and boys dropping to their knees, their cries competing with the firing of canons? Have we walked through towers where we hear the soft sleeping of once imprisoned little princes just before unseen hands smother them with their pillows? Have we glanced over the edge of sacred cenotes only to hear as the offerings to the gods splash deep into the cavernous well of water?
The imprint of that little boy whose "artificial intelligence" ardently seeks the blue fairy and his "mother" with all his conscious "heart" is as compelling a story as any of these, the line between fact and fiction blurred by the context of emotion. He sinks into the water, frozen for a near eternity and awakens as though no time has passed at all. His mother is as alive in his mind as if she still drew breath. And for one magical day, his wish is granted... What a truly poignant piece of celluloid, one paired with a perfectly fitting piece of music - and a film whose lasting impression will now replay in my mind as if I had just watched that film only moments ago.
So yes, the universal record of events can be replayed - like the memes we absorb in our cells and in our cosmos.
It is wise though that we be careful "what we wish for" and wise that we choose our replay list just as carefully.
(Thank you , I was moved to experience many emotions by that movie, and the song really is perfect. Thank you for reminding me of it.)

I watched the link, and then played so far to find your question again, having forgotten where I saw it!...
but this particular imprint of events was indeed recoverable, in time.
And it was recoverable on a spacetime substrate, I imagine, though I must admit I'm not 100% sure of what that is. I do think the Universal record of events can be replayed, and might BE being replayed as I write this, if one thinks of things as infinite, even if only as small scraps, and I do think that.
I really enjoyed the video and music which played on that link, and thank you for it. May play it again, as I believe it's actually playing now for somebody. The boy looked like the boy in "Sixth Sense," which should be meaningful too... I guess it was the same boy, or very close to-- so to me the very last part of the "detail" mentioned on your question, ..."events ever replayed..." makes the most sense to me.
Events are ever replayed.
'Nuff said. Thx.

I believe that when you see or hear "some" paranormal , you are experiencing imprints from history. Not all paranormal experiences are the same thing as there are many dimensions, but if you want to take a scientific approach consider cell memory, which could be what "past life" dreams are about. I think this is somewhat similar to "historical imprints." Living in a historical home, I have heard strange things, when the house is quiet at night, I have heard what sounds like a family having dinner, dishes clashing, children giggling, I also hear what sounds like a poker game, low muffled voices, and an old radio playing what sounds like big band or old country. I believe If you touch something old, something of importance with history and emotion attached to it, and you're sensitive enough, you can feel the emotional leftovers? maybe a better word is historical imprints :) Maybe I should just tell you, I have experiences that I really don't understand, but the way you word it, really does describe it well. thanks

I think there can be a perfect record, even with random quantum events coloring the future. The plausibility depends on the degree of clarity you want. If you want to find where a grain of sand was on the beach 24 hours ago it will be harder than finding out what the Dow Jones 60 Industrials closed at Thursday.

I have a few theories of life. One, is the record of life is a 'series', likened to a 'series' of numbers, that we are not aware of. Therefore, any segment can be replayed.

Of course. You just need the right reader and at least 250 trillion gigabytes of storage.
