Ask to be sent to a sleep clinic to be tested for sleep apnea. I had the same symptoms and stopped breathing up to 12 seconds every minute..fortunately I would come awake just enough to breathe which was a very good thing as people with sleep apnea can have a stroke or heart attack during sleep and never wake up..a CPAP machine changed my life..

Hello :) you should go see a doctor for that because that was my friends first symptom of depression, he was always tired then after a few weeks he just didnt want to do anythign but stay home, he would even cry alot for no reason, he went on prescribed medication and now hes okay, no more pills too. Maybe you simple just need some motivation to be less tires like some excitment is missing from your daly routine, go skydiving ;) Good luck

It sounds like you have some sort of deficiency. You need to have some blood work done. Anemia, Vit B deficiency, infection, all of these could result in being overly tired. A female could have hormonal imbalances as well. You thyroid could be acting up. Get a Doctor appointment, they can help you get back your energy

Go to the doc, check your HB, and thyroid functions, get a proper physical exam, if all is well, you can explore other reasons for being so tired, poor diet, lack of exercise, burnout syndrome, or depression. They all have different ways of being treated so you need a diagnosis first and then tackle the problem. Hope this helps.

You might have mono. Its easy to get, you can get it just from french kissing a person who may not even know they have it!! It'll leave you physically tired.
Also, assess your daily stress level. Stress can suck away all your energy, even if you sleep and eat right.
Also, possibly, you may be sleeping but not falling into non-REM sleep, where we get most of our deep, refreshing sleep. Steer clear of caffiene and sugar within four hours of bedtime. It may not keep you away, but it might prevent the deep, restful sleep you need.

call your doctor for a complete physical, see a specialist for a mental review as well. If could lead to many different things. Better safe than sorry!

You might have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, possibly associated with EBV (Epstein Barr).
It's not deadly but a simple blood test will tell if you have it.
It comes and goes. Or as previously suggested you might be depressed.
Talk with your doctor

Could be some hormonal issues (hypothyroidism etc.) or something else. See a doctor for elimination of various factors including anemia, hypothyroidism etc.

Could be the change in weather, the same thing is happening to me. I found myself nodding off today at work. It usually happens to me at the beginning of Fall, the weather starts to cool off and all I want to do is sleep.
Maybe it's our inner "bear" preparing for hibernation. :-)
