There is a Denny's in Round Rock, we have stopped there many times. The last time we went to my son's house again Round Rock, we stopped at a Whataburger here is the address;
(512) 244-3815
1501 S I H 35, Round Rock, TX.
Frankly I wasn't expecting much, Whataburger does not rate real high on my list of places to stop. I was amazed, it was great. We had their breakfast and wanted for nothing beyond. I was amazed at the volume of food and it was good and hot and very reasonable. even though Whataburger didn't rate very high before when it is breakfast, and if I don't want to spend a small fortune. I will stop at a Whataburger. We will be stopping at that Whataburger for a number of years to come. We leave San Antonio with the intention of missing the early traffic in Austin, and then we look for a place to have our coffee and breakfast, the ambiance is that of a fast food place, but the food is 5 star.

Lalana is right about the Old Czech Bakery in West, I also have often stoped at the Elite Cafe in Waco on the traffic circle just east of 35.

Ole Czech Bakery has great Kolaches of a variety of types in the city of West. It's at 511 W. Oak St. Here's the number in case you get lost. 254-826-3327. I remember really enjoying this place when my husband and I were first sparking and we used to take our kids to get Kolaches every Saturday morning.
West is just off of I35 ext 351.
