Homework, read, take up a hobby, participate in sports, take lessons of some kind, join a club of some sort, do chores.

Look into your local YMCA they offer a real lot of activities at a fairly low cost, also your towns park and recreation programs should include a variety of sport, scouts, etc...
playgrounds are great also. Librarys offer activity programs as well

Homework. Party. Hookers. Watch t.v. Read a book. Ride a bike. Skateboard. I can keep on going but I don't want to.
