my mom put these bolts in a door hindge so i couldnt get in the door. these bolts are able to screw in, ive tried and i cant take out the bolts with ANYTHING! and i know how to with regular ones?

It sounds like you may just have to respect your mom's wishes, as she very obviously doesn't want you to open this door.

As stated already, a respectful person would leave it be. A sneaky person like myself would go to www.grainger.com and buy the correct size tamper proof screw removal tool, or buy an angle grinder.
