Yeah, so i'm going to be auditioning really soon and i want it to be perfect. I'm auditioning for professional performing arts high school for musical theatre and i really want to have an unforgettable audition. any suggetions? PLEASE?!?!?! n thnks!!

Juliet was 14 wasn't she? Unless you think "Romeo, Romeo, where for art thou" has been done to death. (pun intended) But don't limit yourself to someone your age. Find your favorite female character in your favorite play and put together a monologue from that. You are sure to project a lot of feeling if doing a role you love.

Do Millie in Picnic take all the speeches in her fight with Madge and make them one long speech by leaving out Madge's lines. It is really fun, because it is yelling at your big sister who gets all the boys and Millie is jealous.

make sure you have atleast 2 contrasting monologues
