I would have to analyse everything like what are his motives for lying about you what have you done to him for him to say these things i would need to know a lot more before i say he's lying, or that the things about you were not true either way i would have to really look at both sides, and above all i would think it strange that someone would just come up saying untruths about you.

Well if a pathological liar comes up to you and says hes a pathological liar... can you believe him ,or was what he just said was a lie?
