One and two yes (pretty much, though I'm not sure about 'wide-ranging', they usually go after one problem at a time), three no.
The democrats are not about bringing down big business, they want to make businesses responsible to their workers and communities. The Democrats also aren't huge supporters of labor, they just have a few goals in common and end up on the same side often. But if the unions ask for something that doesn't give benefits to the people in general, they usually don't get it--no politician wants to be in the unions' pockets.
I think the democrats would rather see laws requiring benefits that unions fight for, rather than actually seeing unions take over more of the economy. They are fighting for some of the same causes, and both try to put the needs of the people first, but outside of those worker-related causes they give little support to each other.

That'd be nice, but no, these are not their goals.
The Dem. party is pro-big business, almost as much as the Repugs. Big corporations have nothing to fear with a Dem. administration.
Number 1 may be a goal of the most progressive libs, but libs are not against private profits or corporate dominance.

What I know is the people at the controls right now are ideologues, and if they have their way we will end up with some kind of unholy alliance of big business and Christian conservatism. Military-industrial theocracy isn't something I would like to live under. I used to vote Republican. I won't anymore. I didn't leave the GOP; they left me. But the Dems aren't much better. A viable Independent Party might be the answer, but the pols on both sides of the aisle will do their level best to stop that from happening, because it threatens their grip on power.

That is the proposed agenda, yes but if anyone thinks the dems are honestly trying to make good on any except the first, they have only to look at Hillary's private interest for verification that it is not true, #1.
Besides, who do you think is funding the candidates of both parties?
#2, unions have the worse record of extortion in US history. I have worked for them myself and presently, work with many retired and still working union members. Not a day goes by that I am not told about some union's deception and ripping off of its members and my own experience while working under the Teamsters was horrific.
When working under a union, you are signing away your rights to individual legal action against them. They know this. They plot and connive and plan around this.
Be careful what you wish for, you may just get it.

That's what I would like to see happen. But who knows if it is what the Dems want. They get their strings pulled by the same corporate pigs as the Repubs. Real change will be tought and take extraordinary leaders, I don't see that with Clinton, or Obama. They just wanna tweak the system and keep feeding the pigs, albeit different pigs, but pigs the same.

1. Yes, that is a goal.
2. Hooboy! You mean that the New Deal and the Great Society weren't enough for you? You still need more? Wow!
3. When you wish upon a star,
Makes no difference who you are.
Anything your heart desires will come to you. ........
I'd like to see how somebody is going to concoct a plan for "replacing big business." How big does a business have to be before it gets "replaced" ?
Thank you for reminding me why I used to vote for Republicans (that is, because of the absurdity of 2 and 3).

Sounds good to me. An American society where the people are put before business...we can dream.
Unfortauntely these arent the goals of the party. To run under the DNC you need lots of money. The only place to get this money is from corporate campaign contributions and indirect kickbacks. If you cant afford to run, then the people cant chose you. Business comes first, then the people. Its just common sense if you want to stay in politics.

No, their goals are:
1. Insuring a military defeat in Iraq by cutting and running, thus providing a safe-haven for terrorists.
2. Installing wide-ranging programs that require immense and confiscatory tax hikes.
3. Eventually getting everyone to believe that the answer to all our problems is bigger government and an ever increasing welfare system that takes care of everyone from cradle to grave.

I don't see how you can say that the Democrats are pro-labor when they invite millions of illegal aliens to come in and lower blue-collar wages
