That's so true. You have to look past the door that closes and look within yourself to a new door. Dont dwell on the closed door cry if you may .. but look forward to something new that will open up to you. You cant dwell on the past sure it makes you cry and saddens you but there is a new day and that door will open up even wider for you. Life is a challenge and you make it each day. Doors that are closed , there will be another to open up to you. You will know which door to take that has been presented to you and its up to you to take the right door to your happiness.

I like to think that the door of happiness closes while I am IN the room of happiness. It closes and keeps me in there forever.
No, I am not optimist, I just know that if we are careful about the air drafts that might close the door while we are out the room and leave us outside , we can achieve our staying in.

Most of the time people are so discouraged they're too busy looking at the negative instead of trying to find the good in life and looking forward to moving on to better things.

There is a line in a song I have always remembered.....funny can't remember the song, but it basically says we miss what is here and now because we are too busy living in the past. So I'd definitely say True to this one.

I think sometimes we're just having a hard time to accept the change (of whatever situation it is) and it often can take a while or long time before we're able or ready to move on with our lifes.

...so, so true and we can be guilty of looking at the closed door out of spite, guilt, revenge, bitterness or just plain hurt...when, if we only drop all that baggage and move on, we can truly see other opportunities coming into view
