My question to you is: are you looking to kiss him on the face? Because....you could probably kiss him anywhere on his body and not have to tippy-toe. Or you could kiss him on his face if he has his skates on and is seated.....without tippy-toeing.

At least you're more creative these days. I was getting tired of the "little red dress" and "soda after the game" questions. Of course I could choose not to answer them, but what fun is that?
As for your question... I thought your boyfriend played hockey? Shouldn't you know this? If not, why don't you just try it?

How tall is He/She?
Are you both standing on the same level?
What thickness are your shoes?
What height advantage do you gain by raising up on "tippy toe"?
Will he/she bend down to kiss you at the same time?
What height advantage is lost when he/she bends down?
