Noo, not for a human. We have a very similar truck; it might hold a doll if you could open it but if even my 27 lb son sat on it the wheels would surely break. It's just not meant to be sat on.

Weight? These are 1:10 scale, they are not made to carry anyone. The axles are probably very lightweight and would break or bog down with much weight at all.
