Yes, ofcourse it is..
275 is equivalent to approximately 350-400 ODI runs..which has been achieved...and moreover 20/20 is quite agressive cricket which makes it even more possible.
Sri Lanka have broken the 250 barrier Twenty20. How long will it be before we see a score of 300? I'll stick my neck out: it will be before the 500 barrier is broken in ODI cricket.

In Cricket everything is possible - nothing is impossible - because its a game - Most of Fours -Sixers & Free Hits - Extra runs & bowls can make the score which you predicted (275 runs) - its a good question from your side.

On a good track with short boundaries it could be possible to score at nearly 14 an over.
It would only take a few overs like Yuvraj's 36 off 6 to get the rate up towards this.

While a strong batting team may be able to score 275 runs against a minnows team, such a score is not possible against a reasonably good team.

in 20-20 there are 120 delivery for a team-
So 720 runs are possible buddy.. may be a lil bit more due to Noballs and free hits
