I just formated my hard drive and reinstalled windows XP pro and now i cannot here any sound.

i could play music and hear sound before i reinstalled but now when i click on "Sound and Audio Devices" in Control Panels it says:
"No Audio Device" and all the controls are disabled and shaded out.

Any idea what's wrong and what i should do?

Thanks for the help

This is very common. You are missing your sound drivers. If there no driver CD came with the computer, go the the manufacturer's wed site and find the support/downloads section. They will have the proper drivers for your model of computer.
