Im trying to prove a friend males dont have one.

No, mostly women do have a menstrual cycle. If you have a uterus an vagina. Not mention about ovaries and fallopain tubes. Most men don't have any those organs in the male body. Unless, if you are intersex, you might have vagina or any if you might have.

to have a menstrual cycle, you have to have a uterus, and a vagina, not to mention ovaries and fallopian tubes. A man simply doesn't have the plumbing required for a menstrual cycle to take place.

Only women do to prepare for babies. Men do not have babies.

Your friend needs to talk to their mom about "the talk" if they don't know this already.
