I've always been told that you should take a bad cold to the beach! And, that this will either cure you or kill you! I lay in the sun and bake for hours, while drinking plenty of cold liquids. And then I'm good to go again!

More TLC for yourself....do things that make you feel better...everyone's different...for me....what helps...some cold medicine....extra vitamins...a lot of rest...sometimes the drinking chicken soup out of a coffee cup....drink the liquid...like tea...and then eat the rest with a spoon.....seems like the warm liquid feels good....in your stomach and even helps your nose a little...and always watching or reading something that is funny seems to help.....

I guess we are both sick with the cold. I have a really bad cough right now. I took some Nyquil though and I am drowsy... I am sure I am about to fall asleep on my desk again!

Under these circumstances...
I would recommend chicken noodle soup,
a good movie, a warm blanket,
throat lozenges, and tea.
After the movie I would curl up in
bed under a fuzzy soft blanket and
go to sleep til morning.

plenty of sleep, at night before I go to bed, I have a cup of fresh lemon with sugar, boiled with water, when ready add a drop of rum, this drink does wonders for any cold.
