Most likely -- we would have continued putting our efforts into Afghanistan, and would have likely at least crippled Al Qaeda, if not eliminated most of the leadership. As opposed to the current status, where they are stronger than ever.
Our military would likely not be stretched to the breaking point do to over-extended tours.
Iran probably would not have elected its current hard-line president (which was done in response to our invasion of Iraq) meaning they would have continued to be more pro-western and less belligerent.
Iraq would probably still be run by Saddam -- but it wouldn't be in a civil war, and terrorists would still be hunted down as they had been under Saddam's rule.
In sum -- we'd be a lot better off, a lot safer, and more able to respond to future threats. And 5 trillion dollars less debt.

There is an infinite number of possible answers to this question, but why bother? You can't go back and change what has happened.....you can only take steps now to change the future.
Things could be worse, things could be better. Even if Bush had never invaded Iraq, he could have been assassinated after the 2004 elections and we could have had Dick Cheney as President for the last 3 years.

We'd undoubtedly have fewer shattered families, grieving for the their sons and daughters, mothers and fathers.
We'd possibly have retained the worldwide goodwill and cooperation extended after 9/11, rather than the widespread anti west/anti US feeling we've engendered thoughout the globe.
We may even have made some inroads into hunting out Bin Laden and disabling Al qaeda (for those who are still unsure/deluded, they're the guys who were behind 9/11).
I can think of nothing positive that has come out of this war.

We would be being begged for help form the surrounding countries to invade, because they would be scared that Saddam would invade them next. Al-quid would have probably bombed another part of US infrastructure seeing us as weak and doing nothing about the threats Saddam was sending to us. The US would have suicide bombers in the streets killing innocent people like they are doing in the middle east now. It would be a liberal heaven with so much fear in the US that way they could place rules on everything in the name of "safety". They would make it illegal for anyone to carry a weapon so only people with no respect for the law could have a weapon. The law abiding citizens would not be able to defend themselves against these bombers and terrorist. There would be total anarchy and chaos, with a socialist government and Mrs. Bill Clinton would be our next president.

Saddam Husein, weakened by years of economic sanctions, and growing unrest inside Iraq, would have been toppled bu some one with a pro-Iraq agenda. The Bush administration could not let this happen, so they invaded to insure American control in the aftermath of Saddam's fall.

We wouldn't be in crushing debt we'll never be able to pay off.
Thousands of Americans who are dead would be alive; tens of thousands wounded would be whole.
The whole world wouldn't hate us.
There would be tens of thousands fewer terrorists.
A million dead Iraqis would be alive. Millions of homeless Iraqis would have homes. Millions of Iraqis who've fled would still be home.
Tens of thousands of Iraqis our government ordered tortured and raped would NOT have been either tortured or raped.
Iraqi women would still be able to leave their homes without being covered up and accompanied by a male relative.
Children who have been kept home from school because their parents don't want them to die would have been getting an education.
Iraqis would have clean water available to them, and would have electricity for at least a few hours a day.
Just a few things that spring to mind. I could probably think of more.

Bin Laden would have invaded America for being weak azz wieners, and the Libs would have thrown flowers at his feet for freeing them from the evil Republican ruled USA! It's as likely as any of the other "what if" answers.

We would have been attacked by terrorist again and again because they view a non response as a sign of weakness.
Our economy and unemployment would be in the tank due to the fears of more terror attacks. Wasn't this what happened after 9/11 and before the tax cuts.
Democratic leaders would be calling Bush a whimp because he did nothing. Sadaam would have continued to give $25K to each family of the terrorist that blew himself/herself up in the USA
Al Queada would be stronger than it is today and would do even bolder moves.
I don't think it would be as rosey as you dems think.

A brutal regime would still be in place BUT fewer people in Iraq would have died, fewer UK and US serviucemen would have died, all three places (Iraq, US and UK) would have more money. Thousands of families would not be griving around the world for utterly wasted lives.
But Bush wouldn't have had his little power trip, nor would it have been as profitable for him personally, nor could he have "got revenge" over the little incident between SH / Iraq and his dad.

Let me see. Thousands of troops would be alive, we would not be billions of dollars in debt, the world would not hate us, we would have all of our allies, terrorism would be less of a threat because then we could have focused our attention on Al Qaeda instead of letting them get away, children who's parent or parents were troops who died would have their mom and dads alive, moms and dads would have their sons and daughters back, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends and grandparents of dead troops would have that person back, our military would not be stretched to the breaking point, Iraq would not be on the brink of a civil war and we would not be in a war they we could not end.
