Rabbits come to sexual maturity between the age of 3 and 6 months. The vet will not neuter the rabbit until it has had both of its testicles descend. This can occasionally be after 6 months.

Because your rabbits are litter mates, generally fighting will not be a problem if they are kept together. Sometimes they will chew each others fur. Your main concern though, especially if they are kept in the house is spraying. Bucks love to mark their territory! They'll even mark you.

Bucks can be somewhat aggressive at times. If one buck smells another buck on you, he may bite you out of instinct. Neutering the rabbits will reduce or eliminate the spraying and the aggressive behavior.

The cost of the surgery is anywhere from $40 - $60 dollars. Its a very minimally invasive surgery and is very low risk. There is with every surgery some risk, although this surgery is considered routine.

If I were you, I'd call a few vet offices and see if they do it. Many do spay and neuter rabbits now. They will be the ones to give you the correct price for that.
I'd also have both of them done. If they are males the spraying will still go on and if they are in the same hutch the fighting will still be an issue as they get older. Females will also need their own space as they age.

If they are both males, you need to keep them in separate cages because they will fight and will end up injuring eachother. If they are a female/male you need to keep them separate until they are spayed/neutered because they will begin breeding very early. Males can be neutered once their testicals drop which is around 3 or 4 months of age and females can be spayed around 3 or 4 months of age also.
It isn't very expensive but each vet charges a different amount so contact your local vet and ask about pricing.
It isn't dangerous and the procedure is performed on rabbits every day. The surgery actually helps with males spraying to mark their territory.

Rabbits should be neutered when they reach maturity, about 3-4 months for smaller breeds, and 5-8 months for larger breeds. Yes, rabbits should be neutered, if they are not, they have a high chance of getting cancer in their reproductive organs. My vet charges $170 to neuter a rabbit. Once done, they might or might not stop fighting.

Both should be neutered. It's not dangerous! You'll have to contact your local vet clinic for prices & age preferences, though. Different clinics will have different prices & age requirements.
