I like both of them, to be honest. Nouvelle is french for new, and both would be just fine. Jacqueline is real pretty and you don't hear Lucia that often. It's all up to you in which one you choose.
What about Jacqueline Nouvelle, or Lucia Nouvelle?

Nouvelle sounds like a mix between the french word "nouveaux" and the english word, "novel" both of which mean new. I prefer Nouvelle Jacqueline

Isn't that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's daughter's middle name? Shiloh Nouvelle. It's a nice name, but I don't like the middle names you put with it.

Nouvelle means "new" in French. It is the feminine form of the adjective.
It's rather unusual, but I like it. It's better than made up spellings of perfecly good names such as Kaydence or Ashalee

Nouvelle is a word, not a name. it's an adjactive, again, not a name. erhaps it'd be better if you used Noelle, it's similar in sound, and it's an actual name. it also means joy.
i think Noelle Jacqueline is pretty.
