I am P'd off tonight as well, fell off the bus and skint my knees this morning (too long a story to tell), dropped my dinner when taking hot plate our microwave (yes I know, silly me) and as it comes in 3's my washing machine has just packed in and I've had to wring towels out by hand!!!
Hmmmm so what can I do now? Hot choc and TV and early night with positive thoughts for tomorrow, nothing else can go wrong tonight, can it???!

First of all wait for it...It's a Friday!I mean Celebrate good time C'Mon lol well I come on here,Listen To music or curl up and watch some TV if there is seriously nothing on then I'll switch the radio on and see what on there.

I like to work out when i'm angry. It blows off a lot of steam. You can also go get an uplifting movie, get some junk food, and watch the movie in your pj's. You can take a nice hot bath. Take a nap. Call a friend and vent... those are things I do.

I can give you the wrong answer. Go get drunk, high, and do something or someone stupid. It will feel great. Until tomorrow. Then you can do it all over again because you feel that much worse and doing it will make you feel that much better.

The truth. Try to give back. Help someone or volunteer.

take a long cool shower or soak in the tub. After the shower/soak, order in your favorite food and listen to your favorite music. Invite a good friend to chat with you. Do something that makes you laugh.

Hi Jessieblue - sorry you're down. I recommend:-
Something from the chippy (nice soothing carbs)
Something from the off licence
Something from the chocolate counter for pud (more sugary carbs!)
Something scented in a nice warm bath
Something weepy or funny from the video store
...If that doesn't help....? HIBERNATE!!

Know what you mean, me too.
Try to spend time with special friends, have a good heart to heart, down a glass or two and remember there is always someone worse off than you.

Um i eat choclate and treat myself to chinese wear my softest Pjs and after a luxurious aromatic bubble bath with candlelight i have some chilled wine and cheese and see some great funny films
