Grafts with all the statistics, projected financial statements. Drawings of the future shop. Inside and outside.
Back up for the data you are presenting, where did you get projected sales? Where did you get projected cost of product?
Do you have contracts with whole sellers for the products that are hardest to get? A list of providers might help. List of different baits you will carry and how you will keep them alive.

You are almost there if you have a bunch of CEOs willing to listen to your presentation.

Here's a list of points and info I'd be sure to include:

1. Fishing statistics -- how many people fish and most popular types of fish and baits used.
2. Why your location is prime real estate for a bait shop.
3. Examples of prosperous bait shops (especially if they are in a similar location to yours)
4. Market need (goes with #2) -- if there is already a bait shop in the area -- why will the area support two or more shops.
5. Details, details, details -- what type of baits would you offer. What hours would you operate? Would you be year-round or seasonal? Is there a year-round market in your area? Would you offer any special services to fisherman (i.e. rentals, charters, maps, food, drinks)?
6. Outline specifically how much money you need -- if you are not asking for a loan for the full amount explain how much of your own money you are putting forth.

The above answers are all OK and represent a cross-section of what potential investors would look for in a presentation. But, what they're also looking for is "What's so different about this enterprise that makes it worth investing in?". So, what have you got? Do you have an added value product or service that the competition hasn't thought of? Maybe it's designer worms (there really are such things), perhaps you teach fly tying or organize derbys. You could create hype and profile by associating yourself with an organization lie "Big Brothers" or the like.

Answer all the regular questions, they'll be expecting it. But by all means, if you want them to show you the money, come at them from "left field".
