1. Orioles - The team scares as many other teams as a Oriole does. 0

(2. White Sox - What is up with them? They still have thier key players from the '05 WS but they just cant deliver. I think we will see a meltdown in Chicago if this happens again.

(3. Royals - Although they have made a wonderful improvement if you looked at last years season, the Royals dont scare anybody.

(4. Giants -The Giants managerment thought they could win with Barry Barry & Barry. Wrong!

(5. Pirates - They made a run for the division early in the season, but now its completley out of reach. This team needs more money and talent if they even want to THINK about winning anything.

(6. Devil Rays - If only they had pitching they would be one of the Top 5 best teams in the league.(

The Baltimore Orioles. Ever since Angelos took over team they went down hill. They had at the time the best manager in baseball, Davey Johnson & they also traded away a lot of young talent for some aging veterans. I remember when the O's were one of the winningest teams in baseball, I mean, I believe they had the best if not one of the best teams in the 1970's thru the mid 80's & always had a decent minor league system. Had 16 straight winning season from the 70's to mid 80's. Another losing season this year for the O's. It's now 9 or 10 in a row.

Please. It's the Pirates, and it's not even close. 15 straight losing seasons? Barry Bonds, Brian Giles, and Jason Kendall were nice, but that's three players in 15 years. Who else has stuck with the Pirates for any length of time to help them win? I guess Jason Bay qualifies, and their offense actually isn't that awful, but every year they screw things up in management. What's worse is that besides having neglectful management, their payroll is on the low end of the league average. If the owner wanted to win, he could. Money talks guys. And I'm sorry if there are any Pirates fans reading this, but you all know what they're going through right now. That's gotta be painful to endure. Hey, you guys got Big Ben and Crosby. I might trade non-embarrassing baseball for those two.

Baltimore and Kansas City.

Tampa Bay has had new ownership and management in place for only two years, and while that hasn't translated to much on-field success, at least they LOOK like they're going in the better direction, so I'll cut them some slack (the previous administration was atrocious, and well gone).

Houston is dysfunctional as long as McLane keeps a heavy paw on his front office.

I don't know what to make of Pittsburgh.

Usual Suspects Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, Baltimore and Florida, but also this Year the Astros and Cardinals couldn't play for Crap this year.

the chicago cubs.
its not that they perform the worst. but with all that money they have and fans that go to games regardless of how they perform, they still have bad seasons like last year. You would think they would have a good team with the high draft picks b/c of so many losing seasons coupled with the money they spend.

and yet they are approaching 100 years w/o a world series ring. even the marlins with their low payroll can do it.

Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, and Florida come to mind . I guess that is why they are in last place or do poorly especially Pittsburgh and Tampa Bay. For Pittsburgh I would hope it will happen soon but I am not holding my breath until they get the crowbar out of the wallet. They have put me to asleep too often lately but I am stlla fan because I am faithful in al I dpo in life including rootingf for them losers year after year.

Devils Rays and they don't put out any money to get the team a better standing in the tough AL East division.

In a small market team, I'd say Pittsburgh. They are improving with a new GM though. KC is going nowhere, though and has to be (currently) the worst run.
