I didn't ask why "do" the Jews have all the money, I asked why does it "seem" like they have all the money. Not trying to offend, but it seems this way in America.

Hi suzi--First, I appreciate your respectful question. The answer is historic anti-Semitism. Like the one answer above--Henry Ford was a known anti-Semite who eventually recanted his position, but his statements continue to be trotted out as "proof" of something. For a long time in history Jews were not allowed into various trade guilds, and as a result gravitated towards banking as one of the few professions that they were allowed to practice--because the Church forbade lending money on pain of excommunication. Thus, some Jews became prominent moneylenders. Christian rulers gradually saw the advantage of having a class of men like the Jews who could supply capital for their use without being liable to excommunication, and the money trade of western Europe by this means fell into the hands of the Jews. However, in almost every instance where large amounts were acquired by Jews through banking transactions the property thus acquired fell either during their life or upon their death into the hands of the king.

This has fueled anti-Semitism as well, with the mistaken impression that being a banker means that you're rich. There have been a few wealthy Jewish families--like the Rothschilds--but today, by and large, there is probably not much difference in income between the average Jewish household and any other. Again, the problem is that people forget the old line of "it's the exception that proves the rule."

I unserstand your question and will not give a silly answer like so many people do on here. History baby, history tells it all. Not all the money but control over most of the media, music ect. I read a book by Henry Ford the man who started Ford, he touches base on this and it was written long time ago.

ALL of it? hmmm, I better check my wallet again. It seems as if I've EARNED my fair share. Perhaps YOU need a better education, a better job, or more intellect so as to NOT to ask such a bigotted question (perhaps, I say, so as not to be insulting. Who am I to judge?).
edit: ah, so it 'seems' the Jews have ALL the money, AND you make lots of it yourself. ok, let's just thumbs down me for being stupid. ALL, I ASSUMED to be the sum total, not some PORTION. DO forgive my ignorance!

To Suzi the nerd. Where did you get that idea? I have a number of Jewish friends and only one has money. He is a doctor and like most doctors he has money. Another friend is a machine operator and makes about $40.000 a year. When I was in the army, one of my Jewish friends had been a cab driver before he enlisted. Why don't you get your facts right before asking stupid questions.
