If you are asking in a Heraldry type situation it refers to a Circle or Ring in a coat of arms but is not the same as a Cadency ring

i got mine from my grandmother. it was a ring, but the stone was so big that me mother had it reset as a necklace. i rarely take it off. here's a definition for you........
