You said it all in an 11 word question.

Two comments from two unknown individuals, “Loge” and “Heidenlord” from Skadi Forum the largest Germanic online community forum:

Loge:

“seems that the uneducated immigrants usually vote towards the liberal party, wonder why that is?”

Heidenlord:

It has to do with a number of factors I believe. The first being socialist democracy. Democracy has been called "two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner" and I think it sums it up nicely.

A "hand-out" system will eventually corrupt even the best work ethic of the most respectable germanics, but for minorities it is a free-for-all. The poor will always outnumber the rich and when the poor are given the same amount of voting power as the rich it is only a matter of time until they vote themselves the national treasury. The framers of the American Constitution understood this and only allowed land-owning males the right to vote because they understood that only those who have a vested interest in the affairs of the government should have a say in government.

The greatest fallacy in the world is to give someone who can't make money, buy land, or lead a normal life a say in government. What makes people believe that individuals who are failures are going to make a wise choice altogether, I will never know. Governments don't run on good intentions but are governed by the same laws of nature that guide everything else here on earth; governments cannot take blood from a stone nor can they create wealth, they really only consume wealth.

When governments start taking orders from those who can't even balance their own checkbook, we know the end is near. All Democracies have ended in a dictatorship because one day the "free lunch" is over and someone has to stand up and say this and be prepared to "bash some heads" when the hangovers start from the democracy/socialism induced free-for-all.

Absolutely.

There’s stupidity, and there’s willful stupidity. The latter is sometimes incorrectly perceived as loyalty, or integrity. I am as loyal to a party as they are loyal to me (which, usually, is close to zero).

Republicans who are pro-life vote for pro-life Republicans. What, exactly, have the "pro-life" Republicans done with the faith that was placed in them? Nothing but empty posturing.

Democrats who are against the war voted in anti-war Democrats. What have these "anti-war" Democrats done to stop the war? Nothing. They, realistically, could end it tomorrow if they really wanted to.

Most people, it seems, lack either the time or intelligence to look beyond the 10 second soundbyte. They would rather be force-fed their opinions than actually form one themselves. It's sad, really....

I tend to agree with you.
"People" may be uninformed, misinformed, or get ALL their information from ONLY one side of an issue and THINK they are informed.
Therein lies a huge problem. Should we have voters answer a quiz before they vote? If they don't answer correctly, they will not be allowed to vote on that specific issue or candidate in question?
That is illegal according to the supreme court.
(But I LIKE it.)

What scares me even more are those who cow down to George Soros and his ilk and do nothing to help the country but rather divide it.
It scares me when people refuse to vote and less than half of the population vote at best.
Oh and yes I do vote and have voted since 1972.

Are you scared of them because they are uninformed or...

...is it that they're just not buying the information you agree with?

There's a difference you know.

I do agree. And it was never more apparent than it was in the 2000 and 2004 elections. If the average voter had been just a little bit informed, there was no way Bush wins either one of those elections.

To many people get what little information they do get from Hannity, Limbaugh, Coulter, Glenn, Savage, and others and accept their propaganda and lies as truth and the impact is devastating to this country.

Yes, it is very scary. Putting a ballot in the hand of a voter who doesn't know what he or she is doing is almost exactly like an entire society playing Russian Roulette.

I remember years ago somebody said -- in October of an even-numbered year (I think it was 1990) -- "Why are all of those signs up in everybody's yard? Is there going to be an election soon?" Scary.

I don't like those who vote because some Hollywood elitist backs a candidate. Just because you are in a movie or sing a song does not mean that you are qualified to make political decisions.

No, I do not agree. What makes you think people who vote are uninformed? You have presented no evidence to support such a claim.
