drjohndeer and psyche64, you could be a little nicer...if you don't like any of the names, WHY BOTHER TO ANSWER?. You could have been kind by making other suggestions instead saying they are awful or horrid.

I don't like them all except Jasmine, Olivia, Grace & Nicole. So I would suggest Nicole Jasmine & Olivia Grace.

Jasmine Grace - absolutely love this name. My goddaughter's name is Jasmine.
India Nicole - Not too fond of this name. I really don't like Nicole.
Kiara Star - Kiara is ok. but lose the Star.
Olivia Cheyenne - I like Cheyenne, but not Olivia.
Kayla Noelle - This is a very pretty name. My 2nd fav.
Heaven Skye - She'll never be taken seriously with a name like this. It might seem cute now, but in 20 years it will not.
Tiara Diamond - This is the worst out of the bunch.
Kori Dakota - This is nice.

Jasmine Grace-8. It's very pretty and sounds strong.
India Nicole-4. I don't really like the name Nicole.
Kiara Star-7. It's a nice name and Star is really pretty.
Olivia Cheyenne-5. I'm not that fond of it. Olivia reminds of a Shakespeare character and Cheyenne reminds me of a old cowboy.
Kayla Noelle-4. I don't really like either the first or middle name.
Heaven Skye-5. It's okay but Skye isn't that great of a name and I knew a girl named Heavenly once and she was a major brat.
Tiara Diamond-3. Sorry, it sounds a bit materialistic.
Kori Dakota-3. I'm sorry but all the Kori's [Cori, Cory, Kori, Kory, etc.] I've known have been boys.

The only name I like is India, and I love the name. Unlike most place names, it has been used as a given name for generations, and sounds very sophisticated while still offering "Indy" as a playful nickname.
Olivia is lovely, but so popular.
Jasmine and Kayla are popular, but not very sophisticated.
Heaven is a lot of pressure. Heaven Skye amps that pressure up to 11!
Kori isn't substantial enough to be a name.
Tiara is pretty, but Tiara Diamond is too obvious - like Heaven Skye.
I'm not sure about Kiara. It isn't my taste, but it is pretty. If it were Kiara Elizabeth, Kiara Nicole, Kiara Grace, it would be okay.
Still, India Grace gets my vote.

First I have to say I actually love ALL of these names, But my favorites are Olivia Cheyenne and Jasmine Grace. I love the name Jasmine, I know it is kinda popular now but that is my god daughters name and I love it, we call her Jazzy for short and I think its cute. I like Olivia because it is not as common right now but very feminine. My least fav. are Kori Dakota and India Nicole. They are still very pretty, just not for me. Just my 2 cents. I Also think Olivia Grace is beautiful, I have 3 boys and if we are ever blessed with a girl, she will Be Olivia Grace or Sophia Lee.

Jasmine Grace - I like it
India Nicole - not too fond of India, but love the middle name Nicole - first name India reminds me of Asia as a first name - nothing wrong with it
Kiara Star - I like it
Olivia Cheyenne - don't like Olivia (reminds me of an olive and Olive Oyl), but I love Cheyenne!
Kayla Noelle - I like it
Heaven Skye - pretty name, but not too sure about it
Tiara Diamond - NO! Sounds like an object moreso than a real name. And prissy and spoiled too! I think Tia would be a better choice, middle name is up to you.
Kori Dakota - I like it (I like Korie for a girl)

Likes - Jasmine Grace (my favorite from your list) and India Nicole, they flow well and I think they are very pretty.
Dislikes - I like most of your other names here except for Heaven Skye and Tiara Diamond because they are so over the top. Kiara, Star, Olivia, Cheyenne, Kori and Dakota are all fine but I don't like your combinations, they don't flow well in my opinion.

I like Jasmine Grace, as a number of people said before. Kori Dakota is cute too...it is modern yet sophisticated in its own way.

Honestly if you are uncertain of a name...try checking baby names out online or better yet go to a Barnes & Noble (or any book store) and find a good book w. a list of baby names.

I really like Jasmine Grace. Flows together nice and he can have cute nicknames with a name like jasmine.
Don't care for Heaven Skye or Tiara Diamond. Just asking for her to get teased.
the other ones are ok just like Jasmine the best

Jasmine Grace - really pretty and feminine
India Nicole - I really like this combination, like nickname Indie
Kiara Star - don't like, sounds tacky
Olivia Cheyenne - okay, Olivia is v. common but I ldon't mind Cheyenne
Kayla Noelle - like Kayla, dislike Noelle, sounds okay together though
Heaven Skye - hate Heaven, love Skye - sounds really bad together
Tiara Diamond - don't do it!
Kori Dakota - don't mind Kori, prefer Cori, like Dakota
