What about you? when planing a vacation,trip etc....what modes of transportation have you used?
when coming from Hawaii..i used a plane...
to go to Fl we used a car...
and took an amtrak on a vacation...

Planes, trains (including the Chunnel)*, automobiles, horses, ships, boats, tank (not a vacation) on foot and snowmobile.
* really neat between the Calais and Paris, it goes very fast and out the window you can see the traffic on the highway falling behind and a great rate.

I've done it in a car. And me and my friends pulled the train on this drunk chick at a party one time. No plane though.

I'm a car girl. Have never flown. Almost took a train once to Denver, but it would have taken the same amount to drive so we just did that. So yea, automobile it is for me. =)

Yes, I too have enjoyed various forms of transportation. We flew to Hawaii also and drove to Florida, just like you. However, we only took the train on an weekend excursion. Gawd, you're not my ex are you ??????

I think just a plane, car, and a subway (that was interesting 'cause I was like 12 at the time and was with my grandmother, and she left me and my younger brother on the platform by accident and we were in Washington, D.C.). But if it was with you, I'd go on anything....
