when i switch my computer on its fine , then a hour later it starts to go brighter and brighter ,until i cant see anything apart from a bright colour , and then its impossible to see anything so i have to close computer down ,,, can any one advise me please ,as i have tried the brightness , the safe mode ect ,

That sounds like a mechanical problem with the monitor. It is overheating after a time and going bright. Replace the monitor.

I think you re monitor is on the way out be prepared for one day soon it will go altogether. Have you tried asking at a computer shop they are usually very good. I have found a little back street one and they are very help full and reasonable not just out to get you re money Like the big stores.

I doubt its your computer at fault and suspect its your monitor .Try restoring to default on your monitor itself or go into display and try changing your screen resolution..If you dont know how to do this then ask again
