Yes I believe it is quite possible for two souls to come together in purity and abide the same purpose.
If souls exist as many people imply then we all come from a similar place....that being said we all share a similar fate with our "souls"
Also I do believe that two souls can come together as an act of devotion between the two and become one. People might be all different but we are really all the same.
As everything else it is possible with faith and devotion=)

Love is the act of considering the self interest on another as though it were your own.
So whether it's couples, groups, tribes or nations, souls joining to a common purpose is very common.
Purity though......Life is complex. Not much purity about.
If you think you are experiencing pure love, you are probably in a hormonal thrall.

I believe so. I am friends with someone of the opposite sex and it is pure and it has a purpose, that's personal though. He is the best friend I have ever known. I feel that we are connected by souls. I go so far as to say that we will one day be a couple. Known him for 27 years

Souls yes…egos no…
For two (or more) souls to come together in union and purpose both (or all involved) must purify their egos by opening their beingness to the emotion – that so moderately- we call love and be able to receive energy from the universal source (not from each other). Then and only then the purpose will unite them…

Yes. Many, many souls can come together. They do all the time.
I believe that separateness is only an illusion of the material world, anyway. Souls know better.

Yes. The way I look at it, you are actually only one half until you meet that special person..when you do, you've met your other half, and become 'whole'. Its no longer about you and me, its about US. So, most def, 2 people should become one in the purity of purpose!!

Though much discussion, love, compromise and attention, I think so. But you have to ask the question is it going to be meaningful and ultimately fulfilling each others needs striving to always make each other happy. It's a difficult thing to do, but through much dedication and commitment it can be possible and utterly fulfilling. It doesn't always have to be between husband and wife but it also can be between friends, family and anyone in a monogamous or serious relationship.

I belive so. A good example is when you see an old couple that have been married for fifty ome years and are still as much in love as they where when they started if not more. I think It's a beautiful thing.
