It is very unequal because I have seen men with way bigger boobs than some women.
However if you go to an isolated lake then you don't have to worry about wearing either. Interested?

some europeans go topless and i've seen this at the beach. they sunbathe topless like they don't care if people can see their boobs.
in some cultures it is normal and ok to see breasts. in more western cultures they re considered sexual and are given a malicious image.
