Some are better/more reliable than others, but are generally so generic as to be interchangeable.

The largest thing to worry about is the output and efficiency. The higher the efficiency rating the better, and the lower wattage you technically need.

Unless you're running two R600 cards ("first generation" ATi HD2900X video cards), a 700w PSU will be MORE than adequate for your needs
