I had morning sickness until I was about 7 months pregnant each time, so this may or may not be over in a few weeks. The best thing I found is to drink A LOT of water (I know thanks for the continuous peeing) and keep those little cheese/peanut butter crackers with me. The water dilutes the buildup of bile in your stomach caused by those raging pregnancy hormones. The crackers settle your stomach when you're queasy and also keep your blood sugar from crashing (causing more queasiness and dizziness) since you can't keep any real food down yet.
Also... throw up when you need to. I know it's unpleasant (for lack of a better word) but you can get it over with and feel better for a while or fight it and be sick all day. The first of many "I hate this but there's nothing I can do about it" experiences of pregnancy.
I hope this helps... write back when you can't sneeze without peeing your pants and you have such bad heartburn you have to sleep sitting up.
Congrats. :)

I am 24 weeks preg and just in the last few weeks have started being able to hold all of my meals down everyday. From week 7 to about week 20 I would throw up everything I ate...so I quit eating food and would just hydrate, but had to go to the hospital several times for IV fluids...then decided I better just eat anyways eventhough I knew it would just come up in an hour. I HAVE to eat every couple hours or I will get sick...I am tired of eating and never get hungry!
Just try eating a little bit and more often....eat really small meals or snacks every 1-2 hours and you should be a little better, not so hungry. I read that it is actually better for the baby if you try and eat several (like 6 or so) small meals a day instead of 3 big meals.
Good luck!

Well I had the same problem as you and the doctor prescribed me a pill called diclectin (that is the name in Canada) it is completely harmless. It helped so much I am now able to eat all my meals and I don't feel like throwing up anymore. For some the throwing up will eventually pass but with me I am now 5 months and I will still be throwing up if it weren't for the pills. Talk to your doctor about some things you can do and some other solutions to help get rid of the morning sickness. Hope this helps.

For about 7 weeks, I had to be careful at all times of the day - I actually threw up between 6 pm and midnight, but also felt horrible in the morning, too. If you try saltines, watch out. Even though I am past my all-day sickness now, I still can't look at a saltine without feeling ill. Pre-pregnancy, I couldn't eat any kind of soup without saltines put in. Now, I have no problem eating plain soup. Just seeing saltines at the store make me feel queasy. I developed an aversion to them, probably after I threw those up. I did better with ginger ale and life cereal.

You just have to deal with it. I started with morning sickness at 5 weeks and started vomiting at 7 weeks. It stopped at 14 weeks. But I would get it at any point during the day or night. That really sucked. I'm glad I am done with that. But you will exchange that problem for a whole new set of problems later as your pregnancy progresses. But the 2nd trimester isn't that bad.

Try really small amounts of bland foods at a time....something is better than nothing, right? I keep saltine crackers in my purse and at my desk at work for when I'm feeling icky. They tend to stay down better than other things do. Chicken soup (sometimes just the broth) is another thing to try small amounts of. I found that if I get too hungry I am even more likely to get sick...Good luck, and hope you're feeling better soon!

Don't you hate waiking up hungry and not being able to eat? I just hit 12 weeks and I'm feeling better, but I was told to take Ginger tea to feel better or sucking on sour candies may help also. You'll get over it best wishes.

I guess it depends on what you makes you feel sickest, but you could try making a meal replacement shake, like carnation instant breakfast.. mixed with milk you get your calcium, plus vitamins from the chocolate milk or whatever flavor..
Just eat what you crave, because you may not be able to stomach anything else :)
And remember, this WILL PASS!!!!! :)
Good Luck.
Peace.

i had a similar problem when i was in my first trimester. i reccomend eating a lot of little snacks all throughout the day. maybe like 6 or 7 times, if possible. try to find even one thing that you can keep down and just eat that all day. for me, it was oatmeal. i really don't like oatmeal, but it was the only thing i could stomach. so just try out different things and just eat really small portions...maybe try something like jello or yogurt. good luck with everything!

I found B6 helped me. The doctor suggested it, you can get it over the counter and take 100 mg a day whenever your feeling sick, lay down for a while and it should help. It really helped me. try eating bland food too! Good luck!
