I would surely spend it on the poor. I mean the poorest of the poor. There has been a lot of research going on and practical none of it has benefitted the poor

THE POOR. We need to start giving and stop twiddling our thumbs and creating beaurocracy that isn't working for Millions of Americans. If a person makes less than $14,000 a year start handing the shi(t) out. It is ridiculous that we have so many poor in a land of such alleged plenty.

I would spend it on research on tropical diseases that primarily effect people living in poverty . Drug companies do little research in these areas because there is little profit to be made selling drugs to poor people.
