Yeah, I know, it's too hard to pick only 1. Put yourself on a deserted island, & you got washed up there with a thousand batteries, your CD player, & 1 CD.

CaM , the Rolling Stones, all except one(original) is still rockin' today. I say the best Rock and Roll Bad boys are still rockin' today. But give The Temptations they're due respects as Soul was as much a part of the music then , as well as Isacc Hayes and the rest of Motown Records. Cause I likje a little Soul with my Rock and Roll( Country included)

Gotta' go with the Zep here. I love the other groups as well, but I think Zep's musicianship was better, and I love their range of music, from back country hoedowns like the "Bron Y Aur Stomp" (spelling is off, I'm sure) to the psychedelia of "Dazed and Confused", to the beautifully melodic "Going to California".

The Rolling Stones, I would have said Led Zeppelin, they wrote most of my favorite songs but as a whole I like more of the Rolling Stones songs.
