No. I think it is easier to fall into love because of not knowing a person as well which creates this perfect "fantasy" person. Love can happen anywhere at any time. Falling out of love takes time because you have to get to know a person and attachments build.

I think if you fall out of love really fast, you were never in love to start with, just caught up in the moment & wonderful thoughts of bliss. Real love is really hard to get over, & maybe you never really get that person out of your soul.
