I see a lot of right ups, how he should be locked up for good, or he is so guilty They will trow away the keys, but from being on a serious Jury before, and only able to work with the facts presented in the court room, period, and having to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, So far What proof is there that O.J. is guilty of a crime? i dont see anything yet.
yelling at someone, is not a crime in general, people do it all the time! What are all these other guys doing in this room? does it take 6 guys to do this? Dont listen much to the national Reportes, or the Browns in CA. which are living in hate after loosing their daughter in a very sad Murder, but the State did not prove to the jury beyond a reasonable doubt, that he was guilty. If you yelled at someone should you go to prison? So far thats all there really is to go by.

People are still incensed that he didn't go to jail for Nicole and Ron Goldman so any little thing he does is cause for them to yell: lock him up! I heard nothing about a gun, nothing about detaining anyone unlawfully, and just a tape of someone talking mean so I don't believe any crime was committed. (If they can give you prison time for talking that way, we'd all be behind bars. Ever listen to exasperated parents in a store?)

O.J. has been accused of many things but his only real crime is that he is colossally stupid. He is addicted to the spotlight and doesn't know how to just shut up and disappear and live his life. He is a black man who married a beautiful young white woman, then supposedly murdered her.

In America the real fact of justice is that one is guilty until proved innocent and in the case of a black man, if acquitted, he is still guilty.

In O.J.'s case he will always be guilty of murder in the eyes of the white public. Basically, they will not stop until they have him behind bars where the skinheads will have an opportunity to execute him. No better place than the State of Nevada, where it is justifiable homicide to shoot a handcuffed escapee in the back.

I'm tired of defending O.J. because he is just too stupid to keep himself out of trouble. If they stole his stuff, he should have called the cops to get it back. The people who are accusing him are a bunch of felons, but they are white.

His plan to set up a sting operation failed as the events were sold to the media. Guns involved and up against the wall type behavior is criminal, no matter who's s*hite it is. Why could he not go thru legal channels since he has so many lawyers... and get the s*hite back the right way? INTENT. ADD deadly weapon. Yes, the individual is being judged here but these Vegas cops waited, gathered evidence and made a neat case before collecting him at his hotel Be sure they won't reveal anything until after October 22nd and only when it is evidence recorded during he trial. AND NOT before. No one wants another police screw up. Vegas cops? U kidding? They deal with worse slime than this one. Thanks. Stay tuned for real details. For now we speculate. As a woman I despise him and pray justice catches him in the asp.

OJ broke into a hotel room with a friend who had a gun and proceeded to rob the men while threatening their life. There is a tape, and two witnesses. The tape clearly has OJs voice on it too.

Theres no question, he is guilty. And maybe this will bring a little peace to the families of his victims.

EDIT : He was not sentenced in his first trial due to lack of evidence. Because of double jeopardy laws he was unable to be retried when the evidence surfaced. So the family took him to civil court and sued him. In that court he was found GUILTY of double murder, but that court lacks the power to sentence to jail. So, he is guilty of double murder, but is free under the double jeopardy law.

The tape clearly shows him threatening the guys, robbing from them, forcing them to do his bidding, and one of the guys had a heart attack right after OJ left the room. OJ has been real lucky with the law system so far, but he deserves prison time, hes a double killer and now a thug gansta wannabe. Give it just a couple months and I guarantee you will be seeing a white bronco speeding down an interstate.

the tape everyone is talking about, the main part is where the guy says "let me out of this room" or something to the extent, and O.J. refuses to let him out. that is kidnapping, legally. and that is why he might get life.
although, it has been said, that there is NO WAY a jury is going to convict him... i figure it is because they already know he got away with murder once, and do not want to piss him off...
that last part was a joke, by the way.

I was wondering this too but I guess we'll have to wait until it gets shown on Court TV. The thing that makes me sick about OJ is that he shows absolutely no remorse that his ex wife is dead. He's a disgusting human and I would love to see put away for the rest of his life. Hopefully he'll get some justice in jail like Dahmer did but that's unlikely. He'll probably be in one of resort prisons for the rich.

I am hearing the "kidnapping" charges are based on the fact that he said "Don't let anyone leave the room!" I think it is a complicated case and we need to know all the facts before a judgement is made.

Did you watch any tv at all in the 90s?

Plus an innocent man wouldn't write a book saying how he would kill his wife.

Apparently you haven't been reading any of the papers or watching CNN have you. Way to be on top of it.
