Nope, these are private medical records and not open to the public. You need to call the doctor's office and ask for the child's medical records. They should be able to make you a copy or tell you the information (assuming of course you are a parent or guardian or school nurse and have some legal right to view the information).

no, and that's a good thing. there should be no centralized location of health records.

you may be able to try the school where he/she was registered at initially, they may be able to provide a copy.
