Every time I read the word masticate, I am taken back 35 years to when I was in 7th grade. Our teacher made everyone caught chewing gum write this 100 times:
"Gum is a salubrious substance not to be masticated in the classroom."
Just to be a smartie pants, I had mine already written up when he caught me chewing gum and handed it to him as I was leaving class!
My 6th grade teacher told our class that we were supposed to masticate each bite 45 times and it took him 1/2 hour to eat his lunch as he sat there masticating and masticating and masticating until you just wanted to shout out: "Mr. Owens! You are a weirdo! You look like a cow! What a freak you are!"

I'm not sure if it's the mastication or the flatulation, but the degredation of the anticipation makes a discourse much like the secularization of the American nation. But then again, the pontification of the leader of the regulation makes for a very vagination of the situation.

Well, it really depends on whom or what they're masticating on.. and of course I dislike when individuals masticate the food in their mouths and love to make a show out of it, as if I liked sea food (ha.. get it? SEE food?)

Sometimes I like to watch someone else masticate while I hide nearby.
