2-3 tabelspoons of whole milk
teaspoon of sugar

Make a huge pot of Starbucks Breakfast Blend--refridgerate it. Take about 10 oz w/ some skim milk, some sugar free vanilla syrup and toss in a pack of MetRx and call it breakfast.

hot weather, same as cold weather. i either make myself a latte, no sugar, or drip, like it black, or i use my senseo coffee maker that uses those coffee pods. put half n half in that cause its super strong.
