I was as equally shocked when speaking with a University of Texas student , anyway i stated something about
99.9 % of terrorist are muzzlimms and his answer was
so obvious as to the liberal brainwashing taking place on campus , he said well, the Christians kill people all throughout history and the inevitable crusades comment comes up
well , their was a reformation in Christianity , unlike eslamm
and the crusades we a response to muzzlimm aggression

You are missing the point of the analogy.
Some people have commented that Islam is evil, because it's holy books include some commands to do bad things. And those same people tend to blame all Muslims for the radical violent actions of a few criminals who acted in the name of that religion.
The analogy is that Christianity and its holy book also includes some commandments to do some pretty nasty things -- killing someone for working on the sabbath, stoning someone for wearing cloth made from two different threads, etc. -- and some individual Christians have done some pretty nasty things in the name of their religion.
The analogy is that if you want to blame an entire religion for the actions of a few individual fanatics, then the standard should apply across the board.
The goal -- which you seem to have missed -- is to change the behavior and stop attacking the entire Islamic religion, and instead just blame the people who committed such atrocities.

Ever since the Clinton Machine kidnapped the Democrat Party in the early 1990's. Remember Hillary is the same one that took the Palenstinians side against Israel. I just can't figure out why the Jews vote Democratic. Totally amazing since it is the Republicans that always come to Israel's rescue.

Coragryph, you hit the nail right on the head, and I agree totally with you.
Earnest, many "liberals" in this country would identify themselves as some stripe of Christian.
Also, criticizing the policies of the nation of Israel is in no way equivilent to "blaming" Jewish people.

The 1960's free love, the man, and thinking that only the young of the time was able to convey what was right , only what was in their minds. They were the spoiled me generation of narcissist.
And in doer to pull this off they had to tear down the rules that condemn their actions, drugs , sex, self in what ever they wanted to do. So to do this the Dem's had to gain voted through promising the poor, minorities and any other group that would lend an ear and give to them what they wanted.
And look what they have given no end to poverty but more dependence,
Communist of the left, traitors that must stand trial.

That ios a stretch, Earnest. My whole family is christian. You seem like an intelligent person. I am not sure why you buy so deeply into these ridiculous stereotypes. Do you know any liberals, because the stuff that you post about a whole segment of people is very uninformed. There are bad aspects of both parties, but to pretend that all liberals are indoctrinated to hate a group of people is silly. To counteract your argument, I could say that all conservatives hate non-Christians, which would be equally ridiculous.

I'm a liberal and a Jew . . . I understand your point with Christians. That's why instead of falsely labeling all Christians crazy I think liberals should start using more appropriate phrases like "the cult-like subset of Christianity" or the "3% of Christians who have clearly lost their mind." I think over generalizations (like the one in your question) are a huge part of our political problems.
