It's according to how much she values this marriage. If she loves her husband the answer is yes, she can. Anyone can stay faithful as long as they believe in the person they are with.

Does she want to? Depends on what's in her heart, and sometimes that is only between herself and God. For instance, I know that even though I have made judgement errors in the past, I've learned from that and won't make the same choices again. But each person is an individual and I can only speak for myself.

Yes she can. Sometimes cheating is due to immaturity and a lack of respect to vows of marriage.
My best friend was a cheater. Once she became a mom and got married, she hasn't done it since.
