I'm about 4 weeks pregnant, and they can't see my baby at ultra sound. I don't have any other problems, no pains and no bleeding. Could it be just that it's too early, or something is wrong with my baby? Thx

The first sign of a pregnancy within the uterus is the visualization of the gestational sac. The earliest this is seen is 4 weeks. At about 6 weeks, we can usually see a fetal pole. It may be that you are just to early along in the pregnancy to see anything yet.

A transvaginal ultrasound would only show a sac at 4 weeks, no baby til 5-6 weeks. Did they see a sac or anything at all? If they saw nothing, it doesn't sound hopeful.
P.S. They can see a baby at 6 weeks via TVU - I know because I saw mine, and the heartbeat at 6w3d :)

I'm surprised that they did one on you that early...Even at 6 weeks all you see is a yolk sac.

you may not be pregnant i got one done just shy of 5 weeks and the sac and baby were very visible

too early.. i had my first internal ultrasound at 7 weeks, and even then..it was a little bean

its way to early. you cant see anything to at LEAST 6 weeks. relax, enjoy your pregnancy
