Please give your take on the situation in Louisiana. Who do you think is right? What do you think it was about? Who do you think is responsible? Do you feel press coverage was accurate or exploitive.

PS I will not pick a best answer since it would not be fair. I'll leave it to the community to decide.

I want justice to be color-blind, and for people to be treated fairly regardless of race.

I would hope that everyone agrees.

I don't know nearly enough about the facts in this case to be able to judge, though.

There were multiple wrongs done. The nooses were inflammatory, the beating was wrong, the charges were excessive based on previous similar offenses and the media as usual likes to sensationalize everything. Then the self righteous types like Jackson and Sharpton only want to get publicity to further their own coffers.

The Jena 6 committed a hate crime... period.
They should be tried as such, convicted, and punished accordingly.
End of story.

I just feel most people in this country, white black, red or brown, act like 2 year old brats.
Thats all.
