I really am interested. This is also before you take a test showing positive or having a missed period. What was the first symptoms, and how do you know if it wasnt in your head.

The reason I ask is because i really feel this time that I am preggers but Im trying to talk myself out the symptoms, like nausea, forgetfullness, and fatigue. Other symptoms i cant stop are very sore breast, bloating, and mild cramping. I dont start for another week and i have taken a couple test that show negative but i still feel pregnant. Oh yeah, im 25 years old and very responsible, and having a baby will make me so happy, so no negativity please. Please give me your thoughts.

I knew a week after conception that I was pregnant. And I kept trying to convince myself it was just in my head. I waited until after when I was suppose to start my period to test but I told my husband as soon as I began to think I was pregnant. Sure enough I was right.

I think it depends on the person as to how early they know.

I just knew almost as soon as we conceived. I had gone off the BC the month b4 and there was a moment that I thought, "this is it, I'm pregnant". So I went and bought a package that had 3 tests in it and took one that came out negative: ( Then I waited until the "first day of my missed period" and sure enough -- Positive!! I was only about 4 weeks preggers. The only symptoms I noticed at that time were a little tired and a little emotional. In fact, that was exactly a year ago and now I have the most beautiful baby in the world!

Good luck, I hope it all works out for you, I'm sure you'll be a great mommy!

My answer to that would be that I knew I wasn't taking birth control and had unprotected sex more than once with my husband. Symptoms, before a missed period would probably not be. I did have a change in my cycle days, then I knew for sure. It lasted 3 days and it was light. I knew my body was changing because I don't remember going through any other changes like diets or any stress that could affect my period. So pay attention to your body take notes and if you need to take a pregnancy test. It took me almost 2 months for my home pregnancy test to come out positive. Hcg levels vary for each woman and time of test. before I took the 2nd test I then started having tender breasts, really tender my husband couldn't hug me too hard=) I am also 25 and our son christian is so beautifull=) good luk wish you all the best.

Before I ever got pregnant I would get urinary tract infections. Well, one time, my back started hurting like it always did when I got UTI's and so I called into my doctor for the same meds I usually had. Well, as I was at home in the fetal position from my back being so sore, my husband said, what if you are pregant. I was like, hmmm, it feels the same as a UTI so I don't think so, but he went and got a test anyhow. Sure enough, positive. So he kind of knew before me. Then, with my second one, that I got pregnant with ON my honeymoon WHILE I was on the patch for birth control, the same thing. My back really started hurting and I was like no way. It's not possible. So we went to get a test and sure enough. So I didn't know from missing my monthly or from any other symptoms other than back pain, which turned out to not be UTI's. lol And after my first child, I never got another UTI again, and they say you are more suseptible to them while you are preggo. Not me I guess.

I just had my second son 6 weeks ago and i knew i was pregnant before i took a test way before i was to have my period. It was a basic gut instinct that i was. So when i did take a test i was not shocked. My symptoms were feeling very fatigue, moodiness, and mild cramping. But i would call your obgyn and double check because with my first son my tests were coming back negative. And for the sake fo mind so your not stressing out. Good luck with everything and congrats if you are.

Heck, my MOM knew, over the phone, that I was preggers. And I didn't have a symptom, or inclination that I was. She just KNEW. And sure enough, next day, I had a test and I was! I was only about a week along! Then the symptoms... sore breasts, nausea, tired, moody.
With my second child, I knew when I woke up throwing up 3 mornings in a row, sore breasts, and tender abdomen.
Wait a few days, re-test. If you haven't started on time, take another test. All else, see the doctor.
Good Luck!

I never 'knew.' But one thing that I remember would occur during the first two weeks was that I would get all of a sudden very hot and tired. My face would look pale and sickly. I would lay down for a little bit and then it would pass. But I didn't start with the major symptoms until about 5 weeks pregnancy. And of course I got them all! I took a test I guess right around the time I was expecting it and it came back positive.

I am currently 15 weeks pregnant with my second child. I found out I was pregnant with this baby 5 days before my missed period. However I did test with first morning urine due to the fact that I was still early and my test showed up positive. Good Luck!!! I hope yu get the results that you are looking for.

I had no idea I was pregnant for 4 months into my pregnancy. I always have light cycles, so when I had spotting at what seemed to be ther right time of the month, I assumed it was my period. Then I started to gain weight in that area - I am extremely thin, so it was quite noticeable to me . It was then that I went to my OBGYN for my annual exam, I told her I was having these light cycles, weight gain of 5 lbs...and she did a pregnancy test and sure enough! My husband and I had been trying to get pregnant for about a year, so it came as a good surprise. In retrospect, by breasts were very sore, but I just ignored it.
