Same things you can do with English degree or Philosophy degree. Work as a loan officer in a bank or in Accounts Receivable for a manufacturing company...
The truth is, your major doesn't matter, unless it is engineering, pre-med, or pre-law. The important thing is that you have a degree, which shows the potential employer that you are in fact trainable.

The easiest answer is teach. With the spanish degree you could translate. The history degree could be good for research.

Teach history in spanish, teach spanish history (in spanish :P) actually, spanish will just look good on an application. many states have a thick spanish speaking culture so it could be useful in getting a history job (which is next to impossible right now because it is such a popular feild.) the spanish will just make you look better and might help in getting a teaching job. *shrugs* thats all i got.

Pretty much anything... I graduated with degree in History and Political science. Today, I am working as DBA... but I would love to teach one day.
