Same things you can do with English degree or Philosophy degree. Work as a loan officer in a bank or in Accounts Receivable for a manufacturing company...

The truth is, your major doesn't matter, unless it is engineering, pre-med, or pre-law. The important thing is that you have a degree, which shows the potential employer that you are in fact trainable.
