I agree she become somewhat fussy and that i probable might are starting to be a splash indignant too, yet what you suggested at the back of her back become completely uncalled for. you're a service worker and additionally you're predicted to tolerate costumers like that and additionally you probably did not do too properly with the aid of giving her a grimy look. workers are assume to in no way so emotion. you besides might ought to think of of how the female felt waiting around all that factor. perhaps she had an appointment to attend or something. i'm not attempting to criticize you, yet you probably did guard the area a splash childishly in the direction of the top...

depends on where i am working..lol... my last job i had been there long enough to know all my customers pretty well.. and when certain ones got bitchy, i gave it right back. there is no reason for them to treat me like that, i will no longer tolerate it..
one time i even told someone off told them to "leave my store, and do not EVER come back" and this was not only in front of my store manager but in fron of my district manager and territory manager... i could have been fired then and there.. instead, they asked me to manage a new store...lol..

Except when they are not.
Some people are never happy.
There may come a time when a business "fires" a customer and says:
I'm sorry, but we can no longer serve your needs.

Yes and this particular customer was more trouble than he was worth. I told him to leave and we didn't want his business. He was shocked I said that.

I smiled and said, "We do our best".
I even said it with a straight face. Honest!
